This removes your Questlift account from our server: your cloud backup, your friends list, your friend code and every wave you have sent or received. It works whether or not the app is still installed.
The app on your phone is not touched.
Every session, weight and quest stays in the database on your device. If you want that gone too, uninstall the app, or use Settings → Backup to export it first.
Your cloud backup is deleted here and cannot be recovered afterwards — not by you, and not by us. We could never read it in the first place.
